Welcome to the LJ of Sammy Frog. My real name is Samantha, but you can call me Sam if you want. I refer to myself as Sammy or Sammy Frog, but I prefer only my friends call me by those nicknames. I guess I'm going to fill this out with random bits and pieces at random times.

So, I play The Sims 2. I'm not really a gamer, therefore I never got into TS3 or TS4. I did play a bit of TS1, but it was a long time ago, and I didn't play it for long. I'm a very latecomer to TS2; I first bought the game and its expansion packs in 2009 because I wanted to make films, but I started playing the game in 2013.

I'm kinda a PG-rated person, so you won't find anything too provocative around here. Sometimes my Sims will be nooood, usually due to idiotic sponge-bathing at the kitchen sink, but I don't take full-frontal pictures (even though Sims aren't that anatomically correct anyway). I'm very light on innuendo, and you also won't find any hardcore swearing or mentions of Sims' private parts. I think the strongest word I use is "b*st*rd," mostly because, oddly enough, I find it funny. $#!& is my substitute for sh**. So look out for that in my older entries. I'm actually trying to stop swearing now. Swearing is meh. Anybody can do it. It's a challenge to find a creative way to put your Sims down! ;D

Further warnings: I like to make fun of my Sims, but I also love them. In fact, I tend to fawn over my favorites. However, sometimes I'll kill a Sim if he/she annoys me enough. I talk a lot about default replacements, and I complain a lot about clothes that make females look unequal to males. I often stop and explain what I'm doing and what I've done, I tell on myself every time I cheat, and I like to talk about game mods, methods of playing, and glitches/problems/solutions. Oh yeah, and since I'm a writer, I sometimes point out the ridiculousness of crappy books I've read (even if I don't come right out and say which ones they are) and generally grind my axe on the publishing industry for publishing stuff that doesn't seem like it was edited. At all. (It would help all writers if the industry wasn't in such a hurry to print stuff and MAEK MONIES!!!!!!1) If any of this is not your thing, then you definitely shouldn't read any of my Sims stories.

Most of what I write in my updates is a portrayal of the Sims' points of view (as if they were characters in a novel) and not necessarily my personal opinions. I try to keep my opinions out of things, except for the aforementioned stuff, but once in a while I slip up. Don't let anything I say make you think I'm judging you, because who am I to judge? I'm the way I am, you're the way you are, but hopefully we can be kind to each other anyway!

This is my theme song:

I don't know what it means any better than you do. I just *feel* this song. Maybe I'm an alien?
