This morning, I went to sleep at 8am. I then woke up at 10:30, shaved, showered, and went to work for 6 hours. Upon arriving home, I spent some time with my girl, and decided to try to go to bed at around 7:30-8, truthfully, I'm not sure if I actually slept, as right now, at 3:30am I don't feel like I have, yet I can't sleep. I "woke up" at about 1am, unable to get back to sleep and I don't know why.
This leads me to believe I'm developing insomnia, which isn't something I want to have again. I've had it before, and back then it wasn't coupled with a fear of death nor a stomach problem. I'm not sure if I'm getting better at all, I'm eating too randomly to know if I'm hungry or not, and I'm in a constant state of discomfort.
While this may seem like I'm whining, I'm really at a loss for what to do about it. I know my body is tired, I can feel it, yet my mind will not calm to the point to allow me to fall into a deep sleep. My sleep earlier was random, at best.
I just want to be able to feel good for one whole day.
