About 2 weeks ago I was driving back into the office after a long Wednesday out in the field. I had been having a pretty slow day that day and was really anxious to get back in, settle up and head home to relax and recoup. Well, I was heading West on Powell Road and came up the big hill after 315 and BAM!!! Traffic was backed up and I rearended the minivan in front of me! About 3 million things went through my head in the instant before the crash. I was clutching the wheel and my foot was slammed on the breaks.... but my poor car was crunched. I couldnt even see over the hood it was almost folded in half. There was a circlular dent the size of a golf ball right above the lock on the hatchback of the van. My headlights were shattered, both fenders bent, the bumper was hanging on by a thread, the grill was pushed clear back into the radiator and the front end was bent down.
So, of the 3 million things that were racing through my mind right before impact, the first one was MY JOB. I use my car everyday not only to get to and from work, but to actually DO my job. I'm in the car all day and I live 45 minutes away from the office. SO, right now I am kind of in Limbo. My insurance was only for liability, so the other guy and his golf ball sized dent are taken care of. I got the estimate from a body shop today on my car and it was $6,200!! Hahaha!! So, I am on a mission to earn a few dollars with out a car so that I can get a car, ever if its a junker! Then once I get back to my real money making job I can save for a nice one. Right now the plan is Ebay and Livejournal sales. So, let me know if you see something you like and make an offer! Dont forget about the Holidays coming up!
so i just made a bunch of money on Ebay and then i went and spent it all!! where, you may ask....

in other news i got a job at BBW, but not the Mgr job... eh, oh well.
my birfday celebration will commence December 17th... not sure of the exact plans yet, but hopefully i don;t have to work too late.
now i think i am going to go puke up the nasty ass salsa flvored tortilla ships i wolfed down when i got home.
