yoga-ish resources?
Oct. 18th, 2011 07:18 amI've taken yoga (hatha) before, but I don't have time in the mornings for a full routine, and also it's been about 8 years since I did any kind of formal yoga. Mostly what I manage, in my fits of fitness enthusiasm, is a bastardized stretching yoga where I run through 3 or four basic poses while cooling down from walking. There's some leg lifts, bends, and arm-wavy things in there too, not to mention two curious but very unhelpful cats.
I'm looking for recommendations for a site that can help me structure an abbreviated yoga routine - no more than 15 min - for the weekday mornings. My core strength and flexibility are for shit right now, so I need something I can work up from. :)
