a icontest for Rupert Grint
Welcome to  rupert_icontest! We will be running challenges focusing on Rupert Grint. There will be a new challenge posted each week and monthly we will do an icon maker of the month for each member who has entered every challenge in that given month. Rules: + You may enter up to three[3] icons per challenge + Icons must be of lj standards [100x100, 40kb] + Do not tell anyone to vote for you + Do not vote for your own icon[s] + You must make new icons for each challenge, you cannot submit something you've made previously + Do not post your entry anywhere until winners have been announced, this includes entering it elsewhere.
