This is the best pizza in town! The crust is so soft, chewy and flavorful, and the toppings are creative and delicious. When we ate there this most recent time, there was only one server working, and the place was almost full, yet she was upbeat, efficient, personable and unruffled. You could tell she loved working there, which speaks highly of the restaurant's management. I only wish it were bigger so that more people could enjoy the food, service, and atmosphere! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

If you are looking for the best wood-fired pizza in Wichita, look no further than Piatto Neapolitan Pizzeria! This elevated pizza spot prepares and cooks your pizza in the same are you are dining in. While you are enjoying your pizza, you can enjoy watching the pizza making process! They have white and red sauce pizzas with classic toppings, but they also have some unique options! We had a pizza with pistachios on it...incredible! The crust is soft yet crunchy and will have you craving to return. Make sure to end your meal with one of their desserts! We went with the cannoli and the tiramisu...both were fantastic! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time there last Sunday. We had Caprese salad with Trio de carne pizza and garlic cheese bread. They were FANTASTIC! We sat at the bar and they made it right in front of us. It was so good we went back yesterday. I give it the highest recommendation. Price per person: $20–30 Recommended dishes: Pepperoni Pizza, Garlic Cheese Bread Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labelled vegetarian dishes
