Though I'm not sure how many of you still keep track of this community. Seems like I keep breaking promises to fulfill your many requests. But be rest assured that I WILL BE BACK SOON. Going to be free after the mid of Nov and keeping this community updated will be one of my main priorities. So hang in there and wait for my return, k? ^^

Welcome to rphoenic_icons! It's the graphics community of yours truly, rubus_phoenic. So yes, this community is officially members-only. I don't really enjoy locking posts but it has got to be done for various reasons. Anyway, from now onwards, entries will remain open for a week before they are locked and so please join if you would like to see icons from the older posts. Do comment when you take anything since it make me happy. xD
