ALTI’ve started a little project for autumn. Sometimes, I find this to be a difficult time of year because I don’t look forward to the impending cold and darkness of winter, but I feel this only makes it even more important for me to celebrate the beauty of it.

Studies of trees from the park 🌳
I’ve developed an obsession with wetlands recently, so I did some quick studies of swamps and marshes 🌾
I want to do more - not just of these but other types of wetland too, and other watery environments. Water has always been a point of fascination and huge inspiration for me but I’ve never settled down to really investigate it through art and I want to do that, as well as figure out more comfortable ways to study, so I think that’s going to be a soft personal goal for the year.
