Mini Fest 2018

We are running on a much later schedule than last year, but I've decided to go ahead with the fest this year anyway. :) So, here's all the info you'll need to participate:

Welcome all to

hphet's second annual Mini Fest! The idea behind this fest is for it to be a low-pressure, fun time that anyone who wants to write het couples in the HP fandom can participate in.

Schedule
Prompting: July 8 - July 21
Claiming: July 22 - August 4
Posting: August 5 - August 18

Info/Rules:

☆ This is a community for heterosexual couples. The het couple must be the main focus of any fic/art submitted. Slash and femslash are welcome, but they cannot be the main focus of your work.
☆ Prompting is open to anyone, whether you intend to submit an entry or not.
☆ This fest will be self-posting. There will be a calendar with the claiming post so you can choose the day you wish to post. I'll do my best to accommodate everyone's posting day wishes, but please know that I can't have everyone posting on the very last day, so you may not get your first choice if it's a popular day.
☆ I've allowed two weeks for posting, but if there's more interest than I expect, I'll add more dates.
☆ Prompting and claiming will not be screened. Everyone can see what everyone else has prompted and claimed.
☆ Any kinds of fanworks are welcome. Fic, art, podfic, craft, whatever you want to create is good with me. Please keep the time-frame in mind, however.
☆ Fic will be limited to 500 - 1500 words. I am no artist, sadly, so I have no idea what the equivalent to that would be in art, so please use your own judgement in that case.
☆ The prompts can be claimed by any number of people, so you won't see them crossed off in the prompting post.
☆ You can claim as many prompts as you want, just please remember that whatever you claim, I will be expecting you to actually post as well!
☆ Have fun! Yes, that is a requirement, as this fest wants to be low-stress!
