From the moment you book to the moment we pack down, the entire process is handled by our team. Your dedicated project manager takes care of all venue documentation and technical submissions, keeps you updated at every stage, and makes sure your stand is installed on time and ready to go.
Before a single graphic is printed, you’ll see your stand in full 3D. Our visualisations give you complete confidence in how everything will look, with the chance to review and sign off before we go into production. On show day, your only job is to be there.
One fixed price covers everything in the package, so you know exactly what you’re getting and exactly what you’re paying before you commit. If you want to go further, our optional upgrades are clearly priced and entirely your call. There are no hidden fees tucked into the small print.

We recommend getting in touch as early as possible, ideally 6-8 weeks before your show date. This gives us enough time to design your graphics, produce your 3D visuals, get your sign-off, and manage all venue documentation without any pressure.

Yes. Our process includes a 3D visualisation stage specifically so you can review your stand and request changes before anything goes into production. We include one round of amendments as standard. Your project manager will keep you informed throughout and make sure you're completely happy before we move forward.
We have a range of clearly priced optional upgrades available, from additional screens and shelving to storerooms, furniture packages and printed floors. If you need something more substantial, our RocketREADY space only stand hire package or full bespoke exhibition stand design and build service may be a better fit.
