Date: 2016-08-24 22:03 (UTC)Not that there is much pounding in this scene, most of which has almost a horror film feel to it: unexpected silence and absence, a mystery dead body, cut away to what's been happening to lead up to this, and then BOOM UNEXPECTED RABBIT FIGHT.
"nearly always there are those who want to fight, and those who do not but feel they cannot avoid it ... Ferocity and aggression are everything [among fighting rabbits]. What Woundwort knew was that those beyond the wall were afraid of him and that on this account he had the advantage."
