- What is your name, where are you from?
- My name is Yusef Naami, I was at war near Hama.

- How did it happen that you became a fighter of a Syrian irreconcilable opposition?
- Among young men I grew up with there was a sheikh Ayman Al-Khalid.  He talked to us, said that we should work for advantage of the Motherland, for the sake of belief that an important mission is granted for us, it consists in fighting  against the sinners who are in power and so on.  Now I understand that it was a specific brainwash. So as a result of these conversations we had an idea that it is necessary to do something. To declare loudly our disagreement, to go to meeting, to tell all people that we don’t need  such power , that the country should be rescued. We were sincerely thinking like that and we believed in that.

- how old are you?
- I’m 27

- You were at war, weren’t you?
- They didn’t mention weapon first. We’ve just visited meetings. Then we were told that they’ll give  us weapon and our task is to be at war against governmental soldiers.  They told that security forces kill our brothers and sisters with a permission of the authorities.  Therefore we should pay back them the with the same. Now I retell it in one minute to you, but all this proceeded  for a long time. Sheikh Ayman talked to us especially often.  To tell the truth, he told  not only about our duty to the country and the people.  We were promised that we’ll  make money at it and that they have money. Who’ll resist? So it turned out like this.

- Did they pay to you? Can you say how much did they pay?
- Sheikh Ayman acquainted us with some  person who promised 2 thousand liras per person  for every visit of meeting (slightly more than 30 dollars). Thus we should actively participate, shout slogans but not just stand in crowd. However, we didn't get 2000 liras. At most 500 (8 dollars).  Sometimes they  gave nothing at all and said that they’ll give afterwards. We didn’t like it. They promised one thing and did another. Then they said us that we’ll  get real money and much more money if  we will go to meetings with weapon and if we’ll fight to military and police. We agreed. We were brought to a training base where we were le
arned to handle the weapon.  After preparation we began to participate in skirmishes with army. That isn’t  all.  We kidnapped supporters of a regime as we were said. It  happened to kill too. There was some spirit in it. For all these we were promised from 5000 to 10000 liras (from 80 to 160 dollars). But in reality we got  1000 or 1500 liras or nothing at all.

- Yusef, you always say  “we”. Where did you personally participate?
- Murders were before my own eyes. Often I and my friends watched, while others rushed into houses and killed people there. Once I raped the woman in one house like this. Now I’m  ashamed  of  it. It is hard to remember. Then it seemed that I was beside myself. It was some fever. Now I think that it was because of drugs.

- Drugs?
- Yes. It is already difficult to remember, when it began. First we drank tea with some strong grass for a kind of cheerfulness. Then tablets. We were given different tablets before  actions to be calm, cheerful and fearless.  Really, you’d go and shoot up all the world after  taking this pills. Now I want to forget it.

- Why did you decide to give up.
- During one of operations my friend was caught. My phone number was in his mobile.  After a while some person called me. I don’t remember what was his name. He said that he was from a Union of a Syrian young people and he just wanted to talk.  He asked me questions like: “Why do you act like this? You are young and you are to build this country” and so forth. First I argued with him and disconnected. Though he continued calling and talked  politely. Gradually I began to  think about things he said.

Once we got in touch by phone and arranged a meeting not far from Hama. I went there alone and I was scared that someone will  find it out. I met guys from Union of a Syrian young people there and Mahomed ad-Deri,  a chairman. We talked for a long time, giving some questions or just talking. They told me that if I have friends among rebels, - I can help them. After that meeting I didn’t want to be a fighter any more. I came back to Hama and talked to some guys. We decided to leave together and to give up. I began to invent pretexts to miss operations. I told that I feel bad or that my mother is sick and I need to  visit her. We tried to avoid armed attacks.  After a while we managed to prepare and escape. We went to the Mkherbi area (near Hama).  Guys from “Union”   talked to us. Again they said that we were mistaken, but everything can be corrected.

We handed over the weapon. Mahomed ad-Deri  has personally applied for everyone  so that we were pardoned and were not  subjected to court. He guaranteed  our safety. The president told that everyone who didn't kill and didn't arrange acts of terrorism, will be pardoned in case of repentance and voluntary delivery of the weapon.  We handed over the weapon, and within 24 hours our names were struck off the register.

Today I feel like being born again. I receive medical treatment for drugs. Local authorities employed me as promised. Today I work  in the company which is engaged in water supply.  Some  of my friends managed to get normal job too.  Among those who  gave up with us there were people, on whose conscience are lives of people. Any way they were applied for and by the Union of the Syrian young people too. There were courts, but punishment was softened. Today I realize that I was mistaken.

What does America prepare for?

Some analysts believed that the «fast global blow»  project (BGS)  will be put in a basket soon after the 44th President of the USA came to the White House.  The rhetoric of Barack Obama’s election campaign and deliberation of new administration to reject George Bush's foreign policy seemed to be  serious grounds for such assumptions...

Some said about failure of pushing  the financing of one of the BGS’ directions in 2007. That was a creation of the modified ballistic missiles  Traydent-D5  (BRPL) equipped with usual warheads instead of nuclear fighting blocks. If Pentagon couldn’t sell it to legislators during Bush’s presidency when assignment for development and production of arms was almost seamless than they won’t sell it during Obama’s presidency who is liberal  peacekeeper.

Other experts said that there is nothing of the kind. The project will be not only preserved but it will be developed. They also said that replacement of the president won’t influence the project because America needs it.  They were right.  In all circumstances USA won’t refuse  their position in the world,  their interests and their conquered  boundaries. The realization of the «fast global blow»  project fits  into Barack Obama’s foreign policy and military strategy as well as into policy of George W. Bush.

Not nuclear but strategic.
BGS is a long-standing idea of the US Ministry of Defense. According to one of the Pentagon executives, ideas do not die in Pentagon, they transform, adapt and embody first or last. The first trial firing of “Traident” with usual warheads was done from “Nebraska” submarine in 1933.  There was  Clinton's administration in power then.

That was done to demonstrate capabilities to hit bins and command centers of those who supposedly  broke  regime of  non-proliferation of  mass destruction weapons. Technical start training began during George Bush Sr. presidency.

«Fast global blow» is a well-engineered and quiet perspective project. It seems  that it’s scale and it’s influence on  military and strategic situation of the world are still underestimated . Already now we can talk about new high-performance, not nuclear mean of suppression and frightening. First samples of it will  be received by  USA armed forces in a little while. If everything goes as planned, by 2014  USA armed forces will have an arsenal of BGS systems that are able to accomplish missions of today’s strategic nuclear forces by non-nuclear military loads. These loads have considerably lower costs and side effects: victims among civilians, ecological disaster and destructions.

Military strategists and ideologists of Pax Americana succeeded to draw practical conclusions from two global processes of  1980s and 1990s. They are Perestroika and disintegration of the Soviet Union and sharp strengthening of an ecological factor.  These processes were transferred into real projects in the interest of the USA. BGS project is among them.

Stopping of the hostile confrontation with the West, acceptance of democracy, weakening and self-destruction of the Soviet state on the one hand and active adoption of environment oriented paradigm in consciousness and in practice of the world community on the one part, -  all these made using of the nuclear weapon less real and less acceptable on the national and international standart. So nuclear weapon passed to a category of “political weapon”. Actually  disarm initiatives and agreements between Soviet Union (or Russian Federation after than) and United States were  at the same sense.

Yet objectives and interests of the partners in disarm differed in the main. In the 1st half of the 1990s Russian Federation picked up problems of the Soviet Union destruction, of the inner reforms, coped with a status of the former superstate and  tried to take dividends from a brand of «new Russia» that originally didn't assume ambitious projects of global scale. On the contrary USA have actively secured a leading role to itself and formed a new world order in favorable conditions.

On this background concept of creation of new superefficient non-nuclear arms was extremely suitable for the US while probability of using a nuclear weapon was reducing. So US were an indisputable world leader who should possess unique non-nuclear means of control and "pacification".

Exceptional importance
Practices of Clinton’s administration when appeared terms like "anticipatory" and "preventive" blow , a “rogue” state, etc., they  have fast practical development during  Bush Jr’s. presedency, especially after 11th of  September 2011. An idea of “anticipatory and  preventive” non-nuclear global  attack against terrorists or states that sheltered them or states of an “axis of evil” (Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Iraq, Iran, Syria) found the official status and became the state doctrine.

Technical feasibility of the BGU project was proved, it’s concept was approved. Pentagon was set a task: to develop and carry out the equipment program of the American armed forces by superfast, super-power and ultraprecise conventional weapons which would allow to strike any purpose in any area of the globe during 60 minutes after receipt of the U.S. President order. The term for this task was period till 2024-2025. It was proclaimed that any call, any attack or a threat of  attack to the United States will be followed by immediate and effective answer.

In 2008 the special committee of the American National Research council  on prospects of BGU issued the report.  It emphasized the importance of military potential of high-precision non-nuclear means of «fast global blow» and called for immediate development and the fastest production and supply arming with  relevant systems which have successfully passed tests.

A great virtue of the BGU project is considered a fact that  the BGU arms are beyond any restrictions of  international legal agreements and are allowed to keep  freedom of action.  Surely this freedom is relative and considers reaction of Russia, China and the regional leading states.  

It is Taken to be that problems connected with application of «fast global blow» means in crisis conflict situations ( for example notifications about starts) can be easily solved in negotiations with other states.

The work is hamming
Creation of systems that are coincident to the objectives of BGU is surely complicated.  Observers note problems like high cost of research and development and with financing of works, with organization of researches, interdepartmental coordination of programs, the skeptical relation to the project of some officials, lobbying favor of alternative projects.

However despite criticism and claims against the project, the Pentagon found all opportunities for financing works on every which ways: ballistic missiles, supersonic cruise missiles, ammunition of strategic bombers, space platforms and devices. Soon it is expected that such arms of BGU like hyper sound space rockets with range capabilities of 6 thousand km and capability of penetrator warheads delivery within 35 minutes, hyper sound cruise missiles with speed of flight about 6500 km/h, SJX-61 rockets produced by Pratt &Whitney company (they passed engine tests in spring of 2007, it is planned to pass them into service in 2017th), modified BRPL "Traydent-II" with non-nuclear warheads, and non-nuclear warheads of strategic bombers that are started from the USA territory, intercontinental ballistic missile for use in especially critical situations.
According to mass media budgetary financing of the BGU project will be increased in the in 2010th and following years.  This suggests that by 2014-2015  new types of the arms, capable to carry out fighting problems of BGU may be transferred into Pentagon’s ownership.

There were searches of the optimum organizational decision along  with formation of the concept and researches. Temporary command structures were created within Strategic command of the USA (STRATCOM). Being a component of a strategic triad, forces of «fast global blow» as a part of STRATCOM or (as now) as a part of the U.S. Air Force should operate in close coordination with other types of the American armed forces (Bush Jr. characterized new conventional arms as a part of potential of control).

The beginning of functioning of Global shock command of military and air USA forces was declared in August, 2009   (Аir Force Global Strike Command, AFGSC). It’s area of responsibility involves not only BGU’s operations but also using of 450 intercontinental rockets of land basing and parts of strategic aircraft. Implementation of the project can be established in organizational structure of Global shock command of the Air Force. That structure unites intercontinental ballistic missile and strategic aircraft. Other variants are possible.

 Alarming consequences of BGU
Putting in operation  forces of «fast global blow» may have very concrete practical implications for Russia. First of all the BGU factor can mean destruction of still existing relative strategic stability. Surely, nuclear control and intimidation become outdated quickly. They become an unacceptable rudiment of an era of confrontation of the East and of the West. Even modernization of Russian and American nuclear arsenals and doktrine approval that nuclear warheads will function and can be applied, don't remove expectations of that they will never be used and states will refuse this type of weapon in the foreseeable future. Obviously Obama’s line is figured on that: to  initiate negotiations and to reduce the nuclear weapon, propagandize mightily such reductions until the nuclear potential of rivals, (such as China and Russia), won't go down so that the subsequent fast expansion of BGU forces will create a full global military superiority of the USA.

Not once Obama declared  a necessity of an overwhelming technological superiority over any opponent. On the 18th of February, 2010 in National university of defense, a characteristic statement was made by Joe Biden, Vice President of the United States: «… usual warheads with global radius of action developed by us … will allow us to reduce a role of the nuclear weapon … With such modern arms our power remains conclusive even in case of far-reaching nuclear reductions».
Thus, there is a high probability  that arms of the American BGU will be really unique soon.  The creation of effective means of protection against BGU will first of all demand political will from other states not to mention adequate expenses and efforts.

The mission of the «fast global blow» project will reveal in process of its development. BGU is  born under a brand of protection against the terrorists who have caught weapons of mass destruction and against  the ill-intentioned and unpredictable states of «an evil axis». It is powerful and beyond any contractual restrictions. Obviously a potential of BGU means globality not only  of action radius and of blow’s means, but also of influence on geopolitics and geostrategy.
Terrorists, extremists, violators of non-proliferation regime and other social outcasts are most likely a temporary cover of more remote perspective purposes of non-nuclear global blow.

According to the parameters of it’s force BGU will be capable to carry out more large-scale military tasks, rather than destruction of group of extremists in remote areas: to strike any strategic – military and not military – objects of the states, to act as a mean of deterrence and achievement the military and political purposes in crisis, conflict situations etc. All these is kept in silence up to a certain time.  Still this part of the project can start to be apparent soon. That may happen as far as arms of BGU  will be adopted by army.  

A forecast of BGU’s development path demands to watch over changes or an invariance of its political and legal grounds. Actually BGU project that became  indisputably legal after 11th September 2001 is found on Bush’s doctrine of anticipatory and  preventive attacks. Anyone may understand the existence of such factors as criticality of a menacing situation and lack of time for adoption of the vital decision that are disallowing to involve authorized procedures of the United Nations (the Security council resolution). Yet the international legal moment should be present at the BGU doktrine clauses after all.  However it wasn’t presented.

To put it briefly, when giving the order to deliver a «fast global blow» at the purpose (purposes) in other state, the U.S. President actually represents itself as the accuser, the judge and the judicial performer of the decision of national American court in a point of a situation that is under jurisdiction of other state. During a time of «a crusade against terrorism» and promotions of the unipolar world concept the agreement of the world community with such statement as though was meant. Though in America and beyond it Bush's foreign policy Jr. was estimated as failure, there were no statements for a deviation from the doctrine of "anticipatory preventive strikes" and from the concept of BGU  during Obama's presidency. No less than doubts of the states, the international organizations or NGO in legality of these principles.

The political and legal heritage of neoconservatives remains untouched, probably, because of shortage of courage of politicians in other states and misunderstandings of that it will be late to appeal to the right, responsibility, etc. if «the fast global blow» will be wrongfully put and will fall on unfairly suspected. Consequences of mistaken BGU will likely appear such as in Afghanistan at defeat of the civilian population instead of fighters, – command’s letters with regrets and apologies.  

Is it such an invitation?

Another political and legal aspects of BGU remain unnoticed for the same reasons. First of all it is a flight of high-precision means of blow to the planned purpose over territories of other countries. Such violation of air space of the non-nuclear state might have concrete legal, political and military consequences the gravity of which have no use for comments.

As to nuclear powers, including Russia, they will be compelled to solve a question of a threat extent of and possible reciprocal actions in the conditions of extreme deficiency of time. The reason is an absence of notifications about the purposes and parameters of start. For the state over which territory the carrier flies, it is impossible to define real (nuclear or usual) military load of the carrier even involving notification. A choice of the answer of the nuclear state, especially in the conditions of the international crisis, can be rather predictable by a short interval and in the absence of authentic data on what military load the rocket is equipped. «The fast global blow» can lead to lightning military escalation.

Interrelation of BGU and problems of space demilitarization is worth of a close attention. Statement of a question about compliance of some developed types of BGU arms with the international humanitarian law is represented like lawful. Though this branch of international law is not in vogue now. General high-precision kinetic weapons, capable to strike existence with tungsten tips on the big areas without distinction combatants from not combatants, can be hardly found corresponding to laws and customs of war.

When on retention of especially monopolar unilateral doctrinal and conceptual basis of BGU  that have passed from Bush's Jr, there are no grounds to doubt that expansion and development of global blow  forces of the USA will lead to race of non-nuclear strategic arms and appropriate means of protection. Actually this process has already began.

According to the author of this article, BGU is the most essential thing for Russia in approaching military-political problems. That  is interrelation of «global blow» with the American antimissile defense placed on the Russian perimeter. Combination of such potentials as shock and preventive BGU and constraining anti-ballistic missile defense – is capable to create a situation when Russia can face serious calls when ensuring it’s safety, sovereignty and independence.

Certainly, it is the worst scenario, but it worth consideration. We  should take into account statements of the American military command representatives when they say that Russia is not the opponent and not the ally yet. Russia it the rival. It isn’t known  what policy is intended to rivals of America in installations of neoconservatives that are continuing to operate.

SYRIA, HOMS: INTERVIEW WITH TWO TERRORISTS




The following is the translation of the interview of Marat Musin and two terrorists now taken prisoners, 25-06-2012

The Eastern mass media in order to manipulate with people's mind form certain sets of stereotypes. In case with Syria they proclaim that street demonstrations against Al-Assad Bashar's murderous dictatorial regime are performed by peaceful oppositionists. They say that the people have to be armed because the demonstrations are being fired at. That's what makes all democratic states help the Syrian people who are so repressed with weapon and money.

But this stereotype about the Syrian people has nothing to do with reality. Today money of the West are used by Islamic radicals for systematic destroying the basis of the secular state and regularly murders of Christians and Moslems of other branches of Islam. 

Destroying the infrastructure, savage reprisal against those who support the present government, indiscriminate killings of women and children became usual actions for The Free Syrian Army, though the West refuses to see it. Supporting Islamic radicals and terrorists in Syria today, The West's going to meet them at home in the future. 

The Western mass media created an ideal image of campaigner for democracy in Syria but it has nothing to do with reality. 

Most Europeans will call a fairy tale the story of a bandit who shot the passing-by cars for 15 euros no matter who was in the car. 

The following is two typical stories of life of such bandits now taken prisoners. We want to accord a thank to the officials of Homs province for giving us a chance to speak to these people. You'll see for yourself that nobody tortured them or tried to influenced on them. 

The first man.

Marat Musin, a journalist: what's your name?

The man: my name's Imad Kassem Sultan. I was born in 1983. I live in Al- Bayada in Homs. 

The journalist: where did you study and what do you do?

The man: I graduated from the fifth form of school, I'm a taxi-driver. 

The journalist: what did you do as a oppositionist?

The man: in November 2011 I joined the opposition demonstration which started on Friday from Al- Rahma mosque. I shouted slogans against Al-Assad Bashar's government. Then I met a man called Mahmud Umar. He was a leader of an armed group which guarded the demonstration. Their base was in an old building of criminal investigation department in Homs. 

The journalist: did they pay you?

The man: I got 1500 lire every week and 1000 lire for each war action.

The journalist: who else was in your group?

The man: my cousins and some people from Idlib. 

The journalist: what did your group do?

The man: we organized roadblocks in the main streets of the Bayada district of Homs. Mahmud Umar gave me an assault rifle AK-47 and I spent 4 hours standing at the roadblock near the old building of criminal investigation department in Homs. 

The journalist: what actions did you take part in?

The man: the first operation I took part in was when we attacked the roadblock on the Cairo square in Homs. 7 soldiers were killed and some injured. We took all the weapon and ammunition. Also we shot from a light anti-tank weapon at a automobile with infantrymen and it all burned. All the soldiers in it died. Also when I was on day at the roadblock near the old building of criminal investigation department we stopped all the cars. If the car didn't stop we shot at it. We shot at about 40 cars. I don't know if the people in them were killed. They payed me 3500 lire for each attack. Also I took part in kidnapping of 9 women. We took them to our building and all the group raped them. But we didn't kill them, we only kept them till the evening and then released. 

Also I took part in shooting at a car in the district of Al-Bayada, the driver, he was from Idlib, was killed. We brought his body to Mahmud Umar's house, covered it with a blanket and then left it in the Christian district. Also we stole some cars a garbage-removal truck, an excavator, a pickup truck, a taxi and an asphalt laying machine. 

The journalist: didn't you feel sorry for the people you killed?

The man: the imam of the Al Rahma mosque Ammar said that our religion doesn't forbid to kill and rape people of other confessions. These people don't believe in our God and we must kill them. 


The second man.

The journalist: what's your name?

The man: my name's Muhhamed Gantau. I was born in 1967. I live in Baba Amr in Homs. I'm married and I've got two children.

The journalist: where did you study and what do you do?

The man: I 've got elementary education, I'm a builder. I have criminal records for stealing and racketeering. 

The journalist: what did you do as a oppositionist?

The man: I took part in the demonstrations which started from Abdulla Ben Zuber mosque and from Baba Amr mosque in Homs. My friend Abdulsalyam Junet persuaded me to go there. He gave me 300 lire for each demonstrations. In November 2011 he asked me to join the armed group he was the leader of. He gave me an assault rifle AK-47. 

The journalist: what did you do in the group?

The man: they told me to guard the Inshaat district near the bread-making plant. For each night walk and 3 hours of being on duty they gave me 1000 lire. I stood there with a man called Muhhamed Hozi Muheder. When there were oppositional demonstrations I followed them and guarded. Sometimes I shot at law enforcement officials. 

Some weeks later I started shooting at the people during the demonstrations, the aim was to create a reason to blame the government for shooting at peaceful oppositionists. Together with other people I took part in attack at the roadblock. I shot about 30 cartridges at the soldiers. I took part in the attack at a state supply park in Baba Amr and they gave me 100 kg of sugar for it. We put roadblocks on the road leading to Baba Amr, stopped all the passing by cars and asked for documents. If the car didn't stop we shot. Also I took part in the attack at the roadblock in Juret Al- Araes and shot about 10 cartridges at the soldiers. They payed me 1.000 lire for each action. I took part in kidnapping 4 people — they were passengers of a taxi in the Inshaat district, we stole 10.000 lire and two mobile phones from them but we didn't kill them. Abdulsalyam Junet payed me 2.000 lire and said that he's going to pay me 500 lire per month. In February I returned my riffle to Abdulsalyam Junet and went to Al-Gajar village where my sister lived. I was there till June, 2012 and on June, 15, I was arrested.

Stop war in Syria!

War in Syria is NOT an initiative of  its citizens

      At this moment, while you are reading this, there is  a war in Syria . Civilians are dying. Women and children are among them. You don’t even realize that this war is not an initiative of Syrian citizens. It was planned beyond the ocean. After Syria and Iran it will be a turn of Russia. Western politicians consider they owe Russian recourses for a long time, and Russian citizens only prevent them from its production. 
    On June 7, 8 and 9, activists of the “VOLYA” (The Will) party have conducted solitary pickets at the Syrian Embassy Embassy and and the UN office with slogans, “Bashar al-Assad protects Syrian people. Those who need war –kill,” “NATO destroyed Libya. Is Syria next?” “If Syria falls, war will come to Russian borders.”

Today the series of global provocations against Syria for “pushing” a resolution of NATO block military intervention in this country to United Nation Security Council have continued.  In Talkh-Dau gunmen took eight hostages and brought them to Kfar Laha village, where now, under a death threat, they are forcing them to testify about an atrocity of the Syrian army in Akh-Khoola. At 4.00 am a large detachment of gunmen from the Bkas village with a population of 500 people, headed by the "Emir" Said Tabbush attacked several villages in the suburb of All Haffeh of Latakia province where terrorists have proclaimed a creation of their Islamic Emirate. Terrorists took hostages-Alawites. Around 1500 citizens left their villages in a panic. A fierce fighting is taking place in Latakia region now.  In the occupied villages Said Abbush announced a Free Syrian  Army mobilization, paying a lump sum of 500 USD everyone who joins a  bandits’ detachment. Let me recall that the average salary in Syria does not exceed 300 USD. It is known, that during a peace time, Said Abbush was engaged in firing of coal for hookahs, as a representative of the classic minute Syrian business. It’s clear; his gunmen’s’ dead bodies are to be put on display for international community portrayed as peaceful victims of a “bloody Syrian regime.”  I won’t be surprised if tomorrow another major provocation in some other Syrian province occurs.

At 100-200 meters from our TV camera crew Militants attacked the IFV, which had gone to replace the soldier on roadblocks.Meanwhile, the draftee had contused and got a light gutter wound in his head from sniper’s bullet. Looking at his broken kevlar helmet he probably did not even realized he just miraculously survived. The snipers kill up to 10 soldiers and policemen on roadblocks every day. However before the daily casualties of law enforcement agencies in Homs numbered tens of dead people. But, unfortunately, we saw 6 more dead soldiers and policemen delivered to morgue at 10 a.m. Most of them were killed by a shot in the head. And it was only a beginning of the day.

The gangsters even had fired at our journalists group, though it was clear we were just common journalists and unarmed citizens.

The beginning of attack

Around 14.00 a.m. of May 25th   after prayer,   the roadblock of the law enforcement agencies were shot by the group of  Said Faez Talkha Al Iksh from mortar and grenade launcher from the sight of the mosque with  provocative aims.  Retaliation fire from BDRM hit the mosque and they succeeded in provocation. After that 2 gunmen groups under the leadership of terrorists Nidial Bakkura and Al Khasan from Al Khalyalka family with the support of detachment of mercenary attacked upper roadblock on the East of the town.
  At 15.30 upper roadblock was taken and all captive soldiers were executed – someone’s throat was cut, like Sunnite conscript, someone was burnt as Abdulla Shauai from Der Zora. During the attack on upper roadblock on the East gunmen lost 25 people and presented them to observers of UN among 108 corps of civilians –victims of the regime, allegedly killed by bombing and shelling of the city by the Syrian army. The rest 83 corpse, including 38 small children were loyal to Syrian authority families executed by gunmen. 
    Here is an interview of law-enforcement officer: «My name is All Khasan, I’m law-enforcement officer and I served at village Tall-Dau, All-Khula region, province of Homs.

Our roadblock was attacked  by a huge gunmen group on Friday.  There were thousands of them. 

Question: “How did you defend yourself?” Answer: “with common weapon. We had 20 people. We called for support, and while it was on the way, I was wounded and regained consciousness only in hospital”. People who attacked us were from Ar-Rastan and All-Khula. The gunmen  control Tall-Dau. They were burning houses and killing whole family just for being loyal to authorities. They were also raping women and killing children.”

An interview of wounded soldier: “I’m Makhmud All Khali. I’m from Manbezh. I was wounded in Tall-Day town. I’m from the supporting group, which came to help our comrades on roadblock.

Gunmen destroy 2 IFVand RPV that were on our roadblock. We entered Tall-Dau on IFV to pick up our wounded comrades from roadblock in the town. We took them back on IFV, and  I stayed to replace them.

After a while the UN observers came.  And they came to us, we showed them houses where family and their children were slaughtered by bandits. I saw a family; consisted of 3 brothers and their father in one room. In the other we found dead children and their mother. There was also killed old man in those house. Totally there were 5 men, woman and children. I covered with blanket a woman that had been raped and shot in head. The commission has seen all of them. They put them into a car and took away. I don’t know where they were  taken, probably to bury them.”

“At the daytime on Friday I was at home. I heard the shooting and then I went out to see what’s going on, then I saw that shooting was from the North to location where the army check post was. The army didn’t retaliate, they start coming up to houses, where afterwards families were killed. They took women and children as a live shield. And continued shooting at the roadblocks. When the Army retaliated, they went back and hid. Then the Army took survived women and children to a safer place. At the same time, in All Djazir there were pictures taken, like it was the Army who committed slaughter. As a matter of fact gunmen committed murders of peaceful civilians and their children in All Khula. Bandits didn’t allow anyone do their job. They steal everything they see: wheat, flour, back oil, gas. Most of the gunmen are from the ArRostan town.”

After they captured the town, they took their killed gunmen, and bodies of people and their children killed by them to the mosque. They carried their bodies on KIA pick-ups. At 8 p.m. on 25-th of May bodies of dead were already in mosque. Next day the UN observers came into mosque day by 11 a.m.

Russian and Chinese texts and subtitles of the following contents were prepared in advance in order to exert pressure on public opinion and to change the position of Russia and China in the right direction, “Syria – Khoms –Khula town. Terrible massacre, carried out by Syrian regime against peaceful civilians in Khula town. There were tens of victims and it number is increasing. Mostly women and children were killed in result of UNSELECTIVE BOMBING ATTACKS OF THE  TOWN”.

In two days, on 27-th of May, when it became clear from witnessing of citizens and videotapes that facts of artillery shelling and bombings were not confirmed, bandits videos undergone a substantial editing.  At the end of the text the following note has appeared “And some people were killed by knife.
