GUESS WHAT IM BRINGING BACK!! its my little hashira au!!!!
I’ve renamed it to My Little Slayer, (and fixed the tags on previous posts about it,) so i can finally start expanding the au!! Starting off with the first of the Senses kids, our very own Tanjiro Kamado!! 🫶🫶
His name is Dancing Embers, after both the charcoal trade of his family, and their ceremonial Kagura dance 💚🖤his cutie mark, inspired by both his hanafuda earrings and his Slayer mark, represents familial bonds, tradition, and blazing new paths!!
I’m really excited to be working on the AU again!! I think once I do the Senses kids + Nezuko, I’ll do little doodle pages like this one for my preexisting Hashira designs!! There’s a lot of details in them id love to highlight!!

Blazing Universe (Kyojuro) and String Performance (Tengen) don’t have cutie marks due to them not being ponies, but I’ll happily post the others!!
All of them have two general themes I tried to stick to; the cutie marks correspond to each Hashira’s sword guard, and if applicable, their Slayer Mark, and/or their Breathing style!! As well as their names being one of their Breathing forms, this is a recurring motif!

About the my little hashira au— whose design is your favorite and why?
HELLO BELOVED MUTUAL SUKILUVVS THANK YOU SO FUCKIJGN MUCH FLR ASKING !!!!!
There are little things about every design that I love, but overall if I had to pick my favorite to look at, I would go with String Performance. (Tengen’s design!! They all have names from their breathing style forms!! I’m proud of that detail lol)
I’m very fond of him being a griffin- since Tengen is the only Hashira we don’t have a birthplace for, and I believe I read once that he may even be from off the continent, I thought it would be really interesting to make him a griffin! Since Griffinstone is separate from Equestria, it would line up!!
I have WIPs of his wives somewhere- Hinatsuru is a unicorn, Makio is a pegasus, and Suma is an earth pony. I’ll release them with his official ref probably!!
As for the design itself, I’m particularly proud of how the detail and colors of his bird legs look nearly identical to the socks(is that what they’re called?) that he wears in canon. The blue spots on his chest to represent his glovey thingies are fun too lol. He’s just got such a fun design- I had to give him the flashiness he deserves!! 💎✨

AAAAA HI HELLO GUYS!!! After 29 hours of working on this piece, and many more hours of designing, detailing and worldbuilding, I’m FINALLY FINALLY able to unveil my new AU!! Welcome to My Little Hashira!!
so mlp and kny have been my special interests for years now- I know people have mashed them together before, but I had so much fun thinking about and fleshing out every design that I hope it makes this AU worthwhile!! Ive got base designs, but in the coming days I’ll release full refsheets and individual lore!! guys I’ve put SO much thought into this i am SO excited lmaooo
