increasingly my songwriting process looks like this:

writing the song: 15 minutes, not even a sweat, so easy

fixing four lines of it that are okay but not quite right: 7000 years of torment, drowning in scraps of paper, screaming, pleading with an absent god

i have not seen this meme in so long im loving it

one of the reasons i love tumblr is that occasionally classic memes like this show up on my dashboard

Y'all should really read the commentary article on this paper. The results reported by this article are way overstated and there are some real issues with how it was tested. Most damning, I find, is that participants when typing were only allowed to type with one finger and without seeing what they were typing on a screen. I don't understand how that's in any way close to how you'd type irl
