What counts as a model?
A model refers to a single, distinct floor plan. Different elevations or structural options of the same floor plan are included within that single model’s pricing.
Can I add models later?
Absolutely. You can add new models to your plan at any time. They will be billed at the standard rate or your negotiated enterprise volume rate.
What is the onboarding process?
We work closely with your team to gather CAD files, finish schedules, and options. Our team then builds the virtual model. Onboarding typically takes a few weeks before you’re ready to launch.
What happens after the 6 month minimum?
After the initial 6-month period, your contract shifts to a month-to-month basis, giving you flexibility while keeping your virtual showhomes live.
Do you offer annual discounts?
