Disappointing. Excellent soup. Lentil salad average. Service good. Overpriced and underwhelming wine. Our village wine in Nezignan l'Eveque is far better. Good cocktails. But biggest faux pas, we ordered the steak with bearnaise sauce and they put it in front of us with no bearnaise sauce! And then they tried to pass it off as so what, we don't have any tarragon to make it. Amateur hour!!!

Hotel’s restaurant. Nice atmosphere. Seating is not comfortable, very low sofa chairs not suitable for eating at all. Service is ok but could largely be improved .

Very disappointed by the quality of the dishes... mediocre fish... starter, poorly cooked soft-boiled egg... beautiful decor but no generosity or substance on the plate. I wanted to experience the gourmet restaurant but if the Imperator Hotel can offer this type of quality the confidence is no longer there.
