We hosted a private corporate event at LIZA for around 100 guests, and it was a truly seamless experience from start to finish. The venue was perfectly set up for a networking gathering: Elegant, warm, and just the right atmosphere for a professional yet convivial evening. The team was attentive, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire event. A special mention to Sara, who made sure everything ran smoothly. The food and service were impeccable, and our guests had a wonderful time. We couldn't have asked for a better setting. Highly recommend LIZA for any corporate or private event! Disappointing! Brought my family here who were visiting all excited but when we arrived it felt like an oven and they told us that the aircon had broken down hours ago. We were a group of 9 and I had informed them that it was a birthday celebration but no one had the courtesy to text us before hand or even upon arrival that the aircon was down! We only found out when we requested for the aircon as our table was in the back room where it was boiling. There were NO FANS either. We asked to move to the main room where it felt a little cooler but by the time we got our food we were all drenched. Then the food. It came out promising bursting with colors so we were excited however, every dish except the hummous-tahini was truly disappointing. Except for the lamb shank, all our meats were all overcooked - the mehché beef was so tough and rubbery it was unchewable. When we showed the state of the meat to the staff, he kindly offered to replace it with the kafta which was only passable. This was supposed to be a birthday last dinner for my family who were visiting but totally ruined by a disastrous experience. We had planned to get desserts with a candle but the birthday girl just wanted to get out of there ASAP. I understand if the aircon is broken down but you should have the decency to inform your customers especially in a heatwave!! and likewise if something in your kitchen js not working (cos the food was appallingly bad for a Guide restaurant. I hate leaving negative reviews but this was unacceptable. I give the star for the staff who were also clearly struggling with the heat - they kindly accommodated our requests for ice seeing how we were struggling - we were also the only ones dining inside the restaurant. Service: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €30–40

Exceptional. We stayed at Hotel Panache and only managed dinner at Liza on our final night in Paris. Wish we had dinner there sooner. The food was exceptional, and staff extremely warm and friendly. Will return next time we’re in town. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €50–60
