I had cheese kottu for the first time at Hotel De Plaza. Unfortunately, it tasted like Coconut Milk Gravy and took a long time to be served. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Dine in Price per person: Rs 2,000–3,000
