We were looking for a sit down fish restaurant near Mayo Hospital and decided to try Maui Fish House. When we entered we were greeted by the man at the counter, he was very welcoming and explained the menu. Though it was counter service we gave it a try. We had mahi mahi fish platter and the taco volcano with blacked ahi. Great food and super friendly staff. Suggested they locate a new restaurant at Prasada in Surprise. This is a must try dining option. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Dinner
