Once the promenade around the Queens Wharf Tower is over, visit Market St Basement. This bar is a nice choice if you are in the mood for the Italian cuisine. You can always try tasty Italian pasta, calamari and falafels at Market St Basement. Do not leave without eating good ice cream, Italian tiramisu and crème brûlée. It might be cool to enjoy delicious house wine, craft beer or coffee martini. Great espresso is served - try and enjoy.

Market St Basement was honestly the best dinner my partner and I have had in Newy. The food was beautiful, full of flavour, and felt truly authentic Italian. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, almost like stepping into Italy for the night. A huge thank you to Florenzia, our waitress, who was friendly, helpful, and so accommodating from start to finish. She made the whole night even better. We went for the Valentine’s Day themed dinner and had a great experience. The three-course menu was excellent value and every dish was genuinely tasty. The chicken was cooked perfectly. Service was prompt and well organised, with food coming out quickly without feeling rushed. The setting was relaxed and inviting, making it a really enjoyable night overall. Would happily return.
