i hate that diet culture means all the tasty drinks everywhere are loaded with stevia now. this isn’t even a stance about health, I just think it tastes so fucking bad
stevia is cross-reactive with a common environmental allergen: ragweed! if you’ve been drinking your fun little drinky drinks & have been feeling off there’s a chance you’re actually allergic!
I can’t have artificial sweeteners because they give me migraines. I can’t have stevia because I have an anaphylactic reaction. this new wave of “make everything 0 sugar” coming back into fashion could literally kill me if I’m not careful. nothing is safe, nothing is sacred, if I’m getting a little treat, better check the ingredients in case they changed em! :)

the warframe trap is that you want to think about warframe and theory craft etc but watch out because thinking about warframe also makes you want to play warframe. warframe is a gateway drug to more warframe. and it never ends. sitting in bed wishing i was grinding hex standing rn.
im moving!!! i can’t afford to live here and its fucking AWFUL here and im sososososo happy to be leaving (my neighbors are the worst, landlord sucks and a guy got fuckin stabbed a few weeks ago) and i finally got an apartment!!!
THE BAD NEWS!!!
my landlords are holding me to the 30 days notice therefore i still have to pay next months rent. i receive $990 a month and the rent in my current place is $660, the new place is $290. i also have 2 pets, an elderly cat and a 6 year old gsd and $40 will not feed them or buy my cats medicated eyedrops. (i can eat rocks idc)
i added up both of the rents, moving expenses, my cellphone bill, internet, and my pets food and care (im not even including food for myself or household necessities i’ll fuckin figure that out when i get there) and im needing around $400 WHICH IS SO MUCH AND SO SCARY AND I REALLY HATE DOING THIS AND IM FILLED WITH FEAR AND ANXIETY AND IM NAUSEOUS HAVING TO ASK FOR HELP

one of my earliest video game memories was my neighbor from down the street burning me a copy of Roller Coaster Tycoon onto a CD and giving it to me for free, with the caveat that one day a week he would sit behind me and backseat game HARD. like “build this here, okay now build this here, no not there, HERE, okay now make a path here,” etc etc. i never minded it at the time, i genuinely had no idea how to play so i thought he was teaching me. years later i learned that him and his family were Orthodox Jewish and him backseat gaming me was his way of getting around the Sabbath ban on playing video games
