Everyone draws Link being sexually dominated by ganondorf, and this type of porn is very popular even among heterosexuals whom essentially assign womanhood to Link.
However, there is a significantly smaller demand for Bowser fucking Mario. That's a niche reserved pretry much only for gay furries. Now, non furry heterosexuals can enjoy Bowser porn but primarily only if it depicts Bowser fucking a woman, especially for a "cucking" scenario.
But why is there so much less art of Mario being assigned a feminine character? Why so little of him being sexually dominated by Bowser? Bear with me... the answer is racism and misogyny.
Ganondorf is an explicitly non white character. So much so that he and the Gerudo are orientalist caricatures themselves. Heterosexuals are fond of pornography in which a powerful, sexually dominant brown man takes advantage of the euro centric Link and Zelda. (I don't know if they're explicitly supposed to be white but their pale skin and blonde hair/blue eyes make it easy for audiences to assume so.) Link is portrayed as a "feminized" failed white male whereas Ganondorf is a hyper masculine sex god with a large penis. This racial dynamic in fiction is very, very old.
Now compare this to Bowser. King Koopa is a largely raceless character who is not particularly coded as anything 90% of the time. The Nintendo porn consumers subconsciously notice the lack of a racial dynamic between Bowser and Mario and feel less incentived to draw it. Note that they don't care Bowser is a giant turtle, as stated they will pleasure themselves to him fucking Peach just fine.
So how does misogyny play a factor? Well, Mario is not traditionally "feminine". Sometimes he wears a dress on rare occasion. But the majority of the time he's a hard working, fat, mustache having italian guy. Link is a skinny white boy who wears a tunic, is always clean shaven, and often has hair on the longer side. So, Link is often placed in proximity to womanhood whereas Mario does not get the same Luxury because his appearance and personality is not as palatable to the mases whom have a strict expectation of what girls, or "false girls" (in their mind) should be like.
