Warm up: 1 mile run
Workout: 6 x 400s
Pace: 2:14-2:18
Cool down: 1 lap run (haha)

Weight Room:
About the same as last time, except less crunches.

My hip is killling me (even more than college essays are).

Run & short speed workout:

Workout: 4 miles? (parnell up to back of track)
Speed: 4 x 200s
Pace: 40??

Weight Room:
Lateral Pull downs: 3 x 12 (50 lbs)
Arm Jogging: 3 x 1 min. (5 lbs)
Shoulder shrugs: 3 x 30 (15 lbs)
Low Row: 3 x 20 (10 lbs)
Calf Raises: 3 x 30 (135 lbs)

Crunches: 700 regular, 100 left, 100 right.

Practice from 9-11 on a Monday morning during vacation. Ugh.

Speed workout:

Warm up: 1 mile run on track.
Workout: 6 x 400s walk.
Pace: 2:12-2:17 each lap.
Cool Down: 1 mile run in field laps.

Crunches: 400 regular, 100 left, 100 right.
