He was in love with Glorfindel had been friends with the dark haired elf for many, many years, but only recently had he realized how deep those feelings reached.
confuse me as I thought I was reading in Glorfindel's pov but somehow he loves himself? 8D
He winced to himself at ever slash that made its way through the other’s armor, though he knew none of them were life threatening.
I think there's a typo?
“I love you,” he said softly, lifting the other’s chin. “I do not wish to burden you with this if you do not wish it, but I would know your reply.”
There's something wrong with that sentence D:
