Mar. 14th, 2013 08:50 amIn light of my new belief that I will achieve a better fitness level in the next three months, I am going to start documenting my activities. For example, yesterday I got on the HealthRider and gave myself a five minute "go for broke for 60 sec/go gently for 90 sec" mini-workout to see how I'd do.
Sadly, I gave myself a good deal of pain later in my left (weak side) shoulder, but I'm not letting that stop me. I'll just have to work on doing more with leg strength and my right arm til the left feels better.
So, Google is shutting down Google Reader in July. I daresay that the lack of traffic-driven website visits may have some to do with it? I've added Feedly to my browser instead, and now will see how that works out. I like getting all my blogs in one place and this is a bit of an annoyance, so I'm hoping Feedly can be set up rather similarly to Reader.
In GREAT news, one of my photographs has been selected for hanging at LMH! I is a Real Photographer, mebbe?
