Automatic Acceptence for next 10 members

This is a new rating community, rating people for what's inside. There will also be weekly themes and activities for members of the community to take part in and suggest.
Anyone [over 14] may join, but once you join please fill in an application within 48 hours as you must be acepted to be eligable to post. Here are the rules:
1. You must be over 14 to join, if you're under 14 you will be automatically rejected. You may try again only when you have had your 14th birthday.
2. You must answer all of the questions, if you really do not want to answer a question you must state a good reason as to why not.
3. Do not comment on any entry (other than your own) until accepted
4. No editing/deleting your application without permission, this will lead to automatic rejection.
5. Put your application under an lj-cut. (To make an lj-cut write (lj-cut text="insert text"> replacing the normal bracket ( with a pointy one < and changing insert text to whatever you want to say.
6. You must post one picture, and only one picture.. It does not need to be of yourself. It can be of any person, place or object you choose. You must clearly state who/what/where it is though and a reason for choosing it.
7. Julia is 86, this lets me know you've read the rules.
8. You will be accepted/rejected within 72 hours (apart from in exceptional circumstances) The majority vote (yes/no) wins.
9. If you are rejected you may try again once after 7 days. If rejected again you must leave the community.
10. Once accepted please vote on other entries, feel free to be as critical as you like, but no bashing outside of the application. You must also give clear reasons as to why you chose to vote yes/no, votes with no reasons may be ignored.
11. Once you've been accepted when posting please right 'Stamped' as either the subject or the lj-cut.
Breaking the rules will (almost always) result in an automatic rejection.
