Well, there seems to be some interest in the idea of having a Suikoden fandom secret santa, so I've gone ahead and created a community for it - [livejournal.com profile] suikosanta.

I tried to create a default view that was holiday themed but not quite annoyingly so. Hopefully I've succeeded. Tomorrow I'll create the icon...Probably a Suikoden character with a santa hat on him or her. If you can do better artwork and are feeling inspired in a 100x100 icon kind of way, though, please do go ahead and make one, because my art...not that great.

I also wrote up a rules/sign-up page and tried to address the concerns raised in the post below. So get over there and start signing up folks, please!

I'll pimp the hell out of it on the Suiko comms tomorrow, but for tonight I am just too tired, and I think I'm going to go to bed.

Because I am the biggest sucker for memes (and procrastinating!), I present to thee this:

Everyone on your friendslist gets to request a drabble (a real drabble: 100 words) from you. In return, they have to post this in their journal and write a drabble for you. Post all fandoms you're willing to write for. Your friends can pick a relationship, a story arc, a missing scene, or pretty much anything they want, unless the author has previously mentioned that they will not write it. They comment with what they want, and you write drabbles and post it in your LiveJournal.

Ask and ye shall receive as soon as possible.

Disclaimer: [livejournal.com profile] chibisophia offers no guarantee drabbles will be good, though she certainly wil try.

Disclaimer Part 2: [livejournal.com profile] chibisophia will try to get the drabbles in on time but [livejournal.com profile] chibisophia is being hit very hard by schoolwork at the moment as she has big projects coming up in the next 2 weeks for Spanish (ORAL EXAM EATS MY BRAINS, BIG-ASS SPEECH THAT COUNTS FOR SO MUCH OF MY GRADE EATS MY STOMACH) and English Lit. (GEORGE HERBERT IS THE PRECURSOR TO TRANSCENDENTALISM AND AS SUCH CANNOT BE TRUSTED.) [livejournal.com profile] chibisophia will get them done by next friday at the latest, hopefully, when I'm at home. Please be patient, for [livejournal.com profile] chibisophia only has so many hours in a day and does have other duties to attend to. [livejournal.com profile] chibisophia does think this sounds fun, though, and does hope you will give her a try because she would like to try to write you drabbley-bits and hopes you would enjoy.

Seriously. Ask for a drabble. I need something to do inbetween losing my mind in Spanish or English.
