Well, I've finagled a way to post to LJ via my shell account's e-mail system. Let's see if this works, shall we?

This SGA episode high-def phenomenon is kind of troubling (though, really, should I be complaining? I think not). I torrented the HD version of yesterday's episode, then ripped it myself since that would be faster than
RE-uploading, or downloading the 362 or however many mb version. Mine ended up 335mb. I wonder if anyone will download it. LOL.

I have only had the opportunity to watch the first half of the episode (on my lunch break), but my thoughts are brief and as follows (please work, LJ-cut):

First: Y HALLO THAR, David Hewlett, lost weight much?

Okay, as much as I adore how the show has become "Stargate: The Myriad Ways In Which John and Rodney are SO DOING IT", I wonder why they even bother to put the other cast members in the credits? I think next week's episode should be "John! And Rodney! Stuck in a box together!" or "John! and Rodney! Have HIGH-larious drunken escapades!" or "John! and Rodney! Stand around and stutter manfully whilst staring deeply into each other's eyes!" (which happens every week)

Anyway, on to the squee, which is, COULD THEY BE ANY MORE DOING IT? They've been playing this game since, what, two weeks into their arrival in Atlantis? HOLY CRAP. They've been. I mean. Holy crap.

I've missed seeing Rodney in science blues. :(

That is all for now. Oh, and the head lady of Rodney's country is REALLY hot. Okay, THAT's all for now.

Work, please! *fingers crossed*

I want John! And Rodney! Having lunch together and then walking it off! And then John! And Rodney! Watching John play golf!

I agree with all of this! RODNEY LOST WEIGHT, OMG, it is bizarre, and hot, and slightly worrying somehow.

and. yes. to the rest.

Yeah, it's rather alarming! In fact in the opening scene I just kept thinking how much like 48 Hours-era Rodney looked.... he looks younger, I think, when he's thinner. Still a bit of a shock, though.
