Environment design for my own fantasy world: This is Cirr, Sera and Nyx's home country. Cirr is a trading nation, because they're islands floating over the sea, and prefer circles, so all of their buildings are round.
A middle-class household would live in a townhouse in a 'villa', and villas usually consist of 8-10 townhomes, communal laundry and bathhouses.
The inner courtyard is perfect for young children to learn to fly, and a medium sized island village consists of 14-16 villas all surrounding a large marketplace/village center.
Because of their tropical weather, Cirrians wear a special fabric enchanted to thermodynamically adjust to high altitude winds and high humidity heat.
they also build many, many kinds of greenhouses for fresh vegetables. the blue stained glass dome roofs are a staple in Cirrian architecture.
