Okay, so I have been making my recs on AO3, but I just saw this and I cannot leave it there. This is THE Bucky vid, y'all, or at least my THE Bucky vid. I cannot even talk about it, because holy shit, holy shit. Too many feels, and I mean all the feels. This hits my competency kink like whoa, touches on my impressions that possibly Bucky has never stopped fighting, never been quite the perfect weapon Hydra wants, but oh, has he been a very, very good soldier, and of course pulls in the Steve/Bucky that is so all-encompassing, because they were each other's worlds, and maybe still are. And then there is the body horror, not just Bucky's transformation into the Winter Soldier and all the violations that entails, but the ways Bucky's ambiguity about what was done to Steve fed into, and were fed by, his terror of what was done to him (what would be done to him).

And that is probably not very coherent at all, and it barely touches on what this vid does to me, but seriously, that's all I got at the moment.
