Completed my first day of pharmacy school. I hope the rest are as easy as this one.

I had my first class in the new building and it was bad ass. The ceilings are huge and there are big screen projectors and smart boards all over. And it was all paid for by Eli-Lilly and not tuition. <3

Still having on and off headaches that don't seem to be sinus-related. I'm supposed to get a call from the doctor's office today to discuss changing meds.

And tonight, Diane and I have our first two Red Cup Culture presentations. I'm a little nervous because I haven't really looked it over, but that's why we're meeting today to go over it. :p

Rather than looking back at my endlessly frustrating and busy time since I got home from Baton Rouge, I'll jot down my future plans. This weekend, Curtis and I are going to Indianapolis to move in some of my stuff. My aunt and uncle have the big frame piece of my futon in their giant car which they're letting us use on the 18th so we don't have to rent one. :) Kass, Natalie (my new roommate), Curtis and I are going to put the apartment together because I guess it's not very clean right now, then Curtis and I will spend the night and leave Sunday around noon.

I just took my car to my uncle's to get the air conditioning fixed because it crapped out on me. I reeeeally hope it's salvageable. Also my uncle is going to try and get a new seatbelt for the driver's side because the plug is missing that plastic piece that keeps it from falling to the floor. >>

Last night, my uncle was showing us all of the pit bulls he's keeping at his house and trying to get adopted. There was one named Bridgit who was literally making this face: :3 in one of her pictures. All of them are such pretty dogs, I wish I could get one. Then again, I don't know if I'm ready for a pit bull to be my first dog. I'm not sure I'm ready to control one because they're so energetic. :O

I got a desert rose at Ikea. It's very pretty. I almost got a bonsai tree, but when I saw the blooms on the desert rose, I changed my mind. So now all I need is to run to Trader Joe's and get an aloe plant, and I'll have lots of plants to put in my room at school.

I think I'm settled with the idea of going back to school. On one hand, I need the change of scenery and the routine, but I still feel like I didn't do enough this summer. I don't know. I'm almost positive that next summer I'll be struggling to get my IPPE (pharmacy internship hours) done, so that will be full of lolz.

All right, time to call the doctor, get a hair appointment, and packpackpack.

I had a dream two nights ago that the roomies and I were in London. There was a parade to honor the entrance of the queen in a giant bowling alley. The surprise MC was Neil Patrick Harris. I'm not sure if it could get any better than that.

My car is amazing and I'm going to pimp it out this week. I have an air freshener in it that we found in the cabinet that is old as hell, but now the Ebon Hawk smells like Christmas. :3

I bought the 3rd comic for Star Wars: Clone Wars, the one where everyone dies except for Anakin. There's this really cute Padawan named Aubrie Wyn in it and even though I've seen how she dies I'm still going to be sad. ... Aubrie is now on my baby name list and there is nothing you can do about it. SHE'S GOING TO BE A HEALER.

I thiiink Amy and I should just set up a tent or something in the parking lot behind Chipotle because we basically live there anyway. Kaitlin can come too, and we'll throw parties. You're all invited, but someone needs to bring a grill.

I need to go to the doctor again. My stomach's been bothering me a lot lately, and I haven't been completely filling it with crap. But almost every time I eat I get a lot of pain in the lower abdomen region. Yes I am a hypochondriac but I wouldn't be complaining if I hadn't been dealing with it since high school and at least two of my family members have had IBS, Crohn's, or colitis. :|

So Kroger never called me back to work. I'm done with them. I'm going to try and apply to a few more places, but I don't have high hopes for getting hired.

I really am in a better mood than this! I'm just tired and my tummy hurts and I don't want to go to bed.

Aaanyway. And so ends my too-long-for-twitter post.

I think the ceiling above my room is going to collapse. Drywall pieces have been coming out (albeit small ones) but I can see some intense folds in the ceiling... like water damage or something. A couple of them are spanning the width of my room like a giant snake is laying across the attic. There are cracks around the edges too.

:3 I better move all my shit out because nobody will ever make the motions to do home improvements. That's why the sun room attached to the kitchen has gone five years without getting proper flooring!

Well, I got a summer job at Kroger. I'll have the details about what I'll be doing tomorrow when the HR lady calls me. It's nothing glorious but I'm very grateful to have some form of income!

Summer so far as been busy. The good kind of busy--like seeing people and hanging out busy. I've also been immeasurably lazy. It cannot be helped!

I guess micro blogging is my new thing now. I can't seem to write long sentences or find anything more to say than what I'm doing right now. Such as: having a huge headache, feeling crampy, and wishing the Internet would stop being a little bitch back home. I'm excited for the weekend, though, because mom and I are going to get DQ (we're classy) and Mr Curtis won't be working Sunday and Monday. Oh and DnD!

I can't believe it's almost June. I was supposed to have gotten my NaNo edited by now so I can get it printed for free. Instead I've decided to rewrite it for this year's NaNo. Maybe I'll get another free print code? They've done it the past couple of years.

I think I'm done wracking my brain for things to talk about. Sorry, LJ.
