Incapacitated

Hey,

I'm refering to the PC version for this query. In RS6:3, if a team mate is shot and incapacitated, is he available on the next mission (assuming you won the mission in which he was incapacitated)? It's a long time since I played Rogue Spear, but I seem to recall something about there being like a 2 mission waiting period whilst incapacitated team mate recovered?

does anyone have a URL to detail the layout of each map on RS3?

I just started a few weeks ago and want to know if there is a guide out there that has a layout of every multiplayer map with their location/names (i.e. like in warehouse, there's the box room, cat walk etc.).

anyhelp would be greatly appreciated
