I love mayflies.
I also love to dabble. How thespian.
And because it annoys me when I LJ stalk potentially interesting people, only to find their bios as cryptic and minimalist as mine:
I recently finished a MS in biology with an emphasis on aquatics. I did some research on the benthic invertebrate populations in a historically polluted lake, which was a pretty cool experience. Currently working as a research technician doing benthic invert work on the same system with a project that has an emphasis on restoration ecology.
I'm engaged to an awesome girl, though currently I'm a geographic bachelor (is there a word for lady-bachelors? spinster?). I'm luke-warm passionate about lots of things, but try and not to get my hackles up about too much, barring some civil rights issues.
