TRAYL is a small macOS menu bar app that adds playful emoji trails and drop effects when you move windows and files around.

Drag a window. Move a file. Watch butterflies, hearts, stars, leaves, moons, ghosts, or any emoji you choose trail across your screen.

Compatibility

Apple Silicon Macs only

TRAYL is currently built for Apple Silicon Macs.

I tested an Intel version, but the effects did not feel smooth enough to release. I want TRAYL to stay focused on the version that feels polished, responsive, and fun to use.
