I can be quite opinionated, yet I am always interested in the different perspectives. So teach me and comment.
I'm interested in thoughts, ideas, critical theory, science, writing, philosophy, photography, comedy, performance art, theatre, travel as well as critiquing and challenging the ideal 'norm'.
Among many other things I am queer and disabled. These two aspects are reflected a lot in my choice of critical theory. I am also privileged - by my 'race', education, age, economic situation, residence, networks and abilities to name a few.
Some things I think are important are diversity, sustainable and thoughtful treatment for the environment and all species there in. I am aware of the social nature of 'facts' and that science interacts with society. I support equal opportunity for everyone regardless of ability, ancestry, features, sex, gender, sexuality, brain a-typicality, age, looks, style, relationship style etc. i.e. anyone who is discriminated against because of ignorance, intentionality, small minded fear or positional power.
I am loyal and supportive to those I consider friends. I can be thoughtful, considerate and kind and even sometimes appear extroverted. Yet I can also be introverted, distant and difficult and I offer no apologies for that.
Don't be surprised by vague ramblings, poems, reports, rants, questions, comments or theories on life the universe and everything, and sporadic posts.
Things change - LEARN - that's life.
