Well scott's job has just been dissolved. The gave him three options. 1) Quit and get 4 weeks paid 2) take a step down and get 5,000 less a year 3) move and keep the same rate of pay.

So we are moving.

Also a 1bd room condo just sold next door for $550,000. The condo we are buying has 2 bd room two bath, 1200 sq ft for only 220,000. So I guess good things are coming out of this move.
