Arnold Wesker's no Dummy, though his evil alter-ego Scarface is. Orphaned as a child, the timed Wesker repressed his feelings so deeply that he developed multiple personalities to cope with life's stresses. When Wesker finally lost his pent up emotions, he killed a man in a barroom brawl and was sentenced to Black Gate Penitentiary. There he encountered the puppet Scarface. They broke out of prison and together Scarface and the 'unwilling' Ventriloquist carved out a significant niche in Gotham's underworld. It remains unclear who is really pulling the strings in their bizarre relationship.

Arnold Wesker is from the Batman Canon. He is currently being played as a mix between Knightfall and the Animated Series. For RPG Sanity I have forgone giving Scarface his B-related speech problem.
He enters the Hearts and Minds RPG right before 'War Games'.
