A few general notes for anyone who gets my prompts for the MXTX Exchange! I'll have anonymous commenting enabled on this post, so anyone wants to ask about any part of this, they can do it without revealing themself. 

As far as side characters/relationships go, I'm always down for any platonic relationships, whether they're friends or family, and especially if they're canon. If you'd like to do a platonic version of the main ship instead of a specifically romantic version, I'm happy to see that as well. Also, background ensemble casts are always fun!

Dislikes:

• Bad End/Wumph fic (I don't mind some angst, but hopeless scenarios aren't my cup of tea.)
• Torture porn. (A character getting injured and having to do some first aid is fine! I'd just like to avoid, say, a lingering description of them doing their own stitches or something. I don't mind a story that features violence/injury, but as soon as you start describing torn flesh or something, I'm going to get squicked. Basically, for violence/injury I'm more comfortable on the Mature end of the rating scale than the Explicit.)
• Character bashing. (Complex character motivations are great, but "x from competing ship x/z is a villain so that y/z can happen" isn't my thing.)
• Porn Without Plot
• CQL (I'm not familiar with CQL, so if you're writing for the MDZS prompts I'd prefer that nothing specific to characterization or plot in the drama be included. Also, Xue Yang isn't my favorite character, so while I don't mind having him in fic as a complicated character or a villain, I'd rather he not be the sympathetic focus, and...
• Xue Yang/Xiao Xingchen.
