♥ Only submit icons you have made. ♥ Icons must meet Livejournal requirements; they must be no bigger than 100x100 and less or equal to 40kb. ♥ Icons do not have to be made specifically for this icontest, but you may only submit an icon if no one else has seen it before. ♥ Do not advertise your icon elsewhere or reveal which icon you made until after the results have been posted. ♥ You may use anime, manga or doujinshi images but no fanart, please. ♥ Because this is not a stills community, animated icons are allowed. ♥ Submission posts should include your icon and the url. ♥ Comments are screened. |
