i just joined.

i wandered onto this site via procrastinating on an essay due sometime today and thought that it could be useful. so, naturally, i had to join!

i'm working as a makeup designer on a small independent horror film over my christmas break, and i need to come up with realistic, but relatively inexpensive effects for a car accident.

any ideas? apparently i have a budget, but the producer conveniently skirted the issue when i asked for details. looks like i might have to whip out ye olde corn-syrup-blood recipe.

Hopefully this community will prove to be helpful, inspiring, and fun. What more could anyone want?
