    I’m a Support Lead at Automattic, helping people and teams get the most out of WordPress.com.

    I’ve spent years at the intersection of technology, communication, and leadership, learning how clear systems and good writing make teams and products stronger.

    Here on my blog, I write about leadership, the web, and programming. Short essays and hands-on guides focused on results, not hype. I like sharing what I’ve learned from real work: leading teams, building with WordPress, and creating systems that actually scale.

    When I’m not deep in a support dashboard or writing a new post, you’ll probably find me spending time with my wife and two cats, running D&D adventures, or playing videogames.

    Whether it’s WordPress, leadership, or the next great quest, I’m always up for a good conversation.
