I'm a professor of mathematics at a community college, and I forget more and more of what I used to know every day. It's starting to get embarrassing.

I complain a lot about local politics, I volunteer to help run church services in some of the jails and prisons here in the county, and I've got two wolf and malamute mutts. There are also some cats living safely tucked away where the wolves can't get them.

Of all mythical animals, I like the basilisk the most. Well, I like cockatrices too. Wait...
