The cover, as well as the two booklets, have some signs of wear and tear, but nothing major. There are some minor scratches on the disc, as displayed in the photo.
Here are the X Japan pics you requested. Unfortunately, the only ones I have left are Weekend and Crucify my Love. Both are in very good condition. There are some of those inevitable marks on the paper cover, but nothing major at all.
So, the Lotus photo book is more of a pamphlet; an A4-sized one with glossy papers. Front cover, one group photo, five individual member photos, and then a back cover.

Everything is in very good condition.Crimson Tear comes in a special cardboard box. Decadence (Matina) is complete with obi, but the Sadie single does not have obi.
The two pictures above are of one version of the CD. It comes with an 8cm CD that seems to contain instrumental versions of the tracks included on the main CD. No obi is included
The three pictures above are of the second version. It's still unwrapped, so i haven't had a chance to look and see what's inside. Judging by the text on the obi, it seems to be a limited version available through special ordering only. An extra disc entitled "Trading Message disc type-F" is included. Does this clear things up for you?
