LEAVING
As you may have noticed, I've disappeared off LJ. After r88, most of my roleplaying (which is why I'm on journal sites in the first place) moved to Dreamwidth, and so I followed them there. I had an art blog, and then a personal blog, and now I have moved my icon community as well.
I have a lot of memories on Livejournal, but it seems that they aren't interested in keeping their English-speaking userbase. In Spring, apparently, they're going to remove paid account functionality. This is the final product of being bought out by a Cyrillic company who made LJ into Russia's Facebook.
So, there's no reason for me to stay here anymore.
Goodbye, LJ, and thanks for all the fish-- the downtime, the ugly ass banners, the horrible fucking customer service. It's been great.
