Fandom; Umm...my thoughts
I've lost faith in the HP fandom. I love it still and it's full of writers I enjoy--Mistful, abbycadabra, mirasfic, zahra (ugh...she kinda moved on) et al-- and crazy fans and great exchanges, but there's a canon to fandom that's too stale for me. Fandom is, or in the case of HP and a lot of the other older fandoms that have had the chance to grow, ''was'' about exploration and nothing being defined and being able to move the universe'; painting it afresh.
