Oh also in the World Map, it would be good to know given my character power and Sect power which enemies I can defeat. Even if not from the start, after visiting them for the first time so that I do not try them over and over again.

I now understand better what is going on, please check the image below. Those elders at Realm 0 Stage 1, have been cultivating, training, and other stuff for millions of years (My character age is 51M), but they did not improve no matter what I did. Is that by design or a bug? If it is by design, what should I do to improve them?
Also, in the elders management page, sometimes an elder is marked as busy and you cannot promote them or dismiss them? When are they marked as busy?
Finally, some elders in pavilions, do not improve no matter how long they are at it and remain at skill 0 even though their talent is above 1000.

Great game! There is a bug with elders of the sect. Some elders do not cultivate, or the realm shown in the details of the elder is different from the realm shown on the Disciple Mission page. Also it is not clear what is the role of trainer vs training partner in the weapon training.

seriously annoying game! player lose money too often. You cannot even gather money. making up for lack of content with BS.

after finishing the first life, there is no way to start the next. 

after the first overclock dialog appears, the UI gets dark and never turn bright again. It remains dark. I had to leave the game because of it.

Closed the game! How much AI generated BS do you want people to read? Remove the dialog boxes. If you must have them, open them on the side so that players can continue playing without interacting with them.

too many pop ups! annoying as hell! every 15 seconds I am closing new dialog box!

Terrible UI during tutorial. It makes the background dark, you don't even see where it is pointing to.

Just give it time and your sect will grow. There is not much to do.
