Two years have passed since Sailor Galaxia guided all the displaced Star Seeds back to their rightful places. Ever since then, nobody in the galaxy has seen hide nor hair of her.
Meanwhile, back on the planet Earth, nine Sailor Senshi reside. Usagi, Minako, Ami, Makoto, and Rei are all faced with deciding what to do after they leave high school. Chibiusa has not been back to the 21st century for the longest time, and Haruka, Michiru, Setsuna, and Hotaru have seemingly disappeared. But this matters not, for there is no disturbance. At least, not until people previously thought to have been lost forever suddenly return. Most surprisingly, Princess Kakyuu and the Sailor Starlights have come to Earth yet again; whatever for, however, is not clear. But something awful is brewing, awful enough that the galaxy's most powerful Star Seeds must, once again, become even more powerful.
