SUMMARY: Pink and Velvet requested a coming of age story about Ice discovering his sexuality, and then Maverick trying to learn that stuff about Ice. You could definitely read this story as the missing piece between The Restoring Force and my Storm series, but this is a standalone fic with no required reading beforehand. Warnings for homophobia and child abuse. All my armor falling down comes from Fiona Apple's "Pale September."
