Happy Canada Day, everyone!

Ok, this was actually the car show on Salt Spring, but we need more pictures here.

I was walking up Douglas Street through Beacon Hill Park, and I saw a heron. I pulled my camera out of my backpack, I slowly approached the heron, and it never moved from its spot. It even looked like it was posing for me! Here's the best out of all the pictures I took of the heron.

The gulls were walking around ON the harbour for a few days, looking a little put out.

Not many pictures of snow were posted, so here we go.

I'm surprised I haven't seen lots of fall leaf pictures. So many pretty colours, just asking to be photographed!

As we were leaving Peggy's cove I saw this guy walking along, I remembered when I used to wander the streets with a stick so I thought I should capture this.
