haha that's awesome! i wish the company i work for would let us do that for supervisor calls..haha people would get so pissed though. And if we sent them to cancelations? They'd just end up getting…

BAHAHA. I had a call like that when I worked at Nextel. My sup put me on speakerphone because the guy was being completely MORONIC.

Use a different first name. Like you middle name.
As long as it's consistant, your manager/supervisor are aware that you are using it, and you can still be tracked within the company their shouldn't…

Yeah I work in a call center and we NEVER give out our phone numbers. That seems really wrong to me

customers are stupid
